Or lack there of! I will not be making a menu this week. We will be leaving on Thursday for an offshore fishing trip and this week is busy busy getting packed, the house clean and arrangements made for Avari. So, for dinner this week, it will be whatever I can find around the house to whip up quick!! Maybe just throw a few things together and make up my own new quick recipe? Maybe I could be the next Rachel Ray? Ha! Maybe I'll just stick to what I know or order out!
