Sunday Funday

Today started out less than fun. We woke up to Avari throwing up at 6:30 this morning. She even fell asleep today during our lunch out. Whatever it was, wiped her out but thank goodness she is better now. Despite the way the morning started out, we were able to get in a few fun things today.

All in all in was a great day making sweet memories with my little girl! Avari is so excited for the beach this weekend and I can't wait for the many more memories to make.

Pinterest is all the new rage. Let me just say that it is ADDICTING!! I love that anything I see on the web, that I love, I can pin it to a pin board that I create and go back to it for future reference.

4th of July Vacation

We took a short trip to Missouri for Fourth of July. We left on Thursday evening and drove straight through, 12 hours. Luckily Avari slept most of the way and was so good on the ride up. She was so excited to be goin to Grandma and Papa John's house. We had a great time and wish the trip could have been longer. I am so greatful to John and Elaine for their hospitality and caring. They always have a way of making me feel a part of the family and I enjoy the time we do get to spend with them.

Where they live, the town does a Third of July celebration. They live right behind the park that does the fireworks so they host a party from their house so people can come out, enjoy company and the fireworks.

Good times were had by all, especially Avari.
