Menu Plan Monday


Monday


    Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie

    Lunch: Turkey Sandwich with Chips
    Dinner: Taco Salad


Tuesday


    Breakfast: Breakfast Taco's

    Lunch: Lettuce Wraps with Fruit   
    Dinner: Sweet and Sour Chicken, Rice, Broccoli


Wednesday


    Breakfast: Eggs, Turkey Bacon 
    Lunch: Lettuce Wraps with Veggies

    Dinner: Mini Meatballs, Green Beans, Mac & Cheese, Crescent Rolls


Thursday


    Breakfast: Breakfast Tacos

    Lunch: Chicken Salad with Fruit

    Dinner: Leftovers


Friday


    Breakfast: Pancakes, Turkey Bacon

    Lunch: Chicken Salad with Veggies

    Dinner: Hamburger Steak, Broccoli, Corn on the Cob, Rolls


Saturday


    Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls

    Lunch: On your own
    Dinner: Homemade Pizza


Sunday


    Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole
    Lunch: On your own

    Dinner: Meatloaf, Dressing, Green Beans, Cornbread



I've decided that now is the time to start making my menu's and living by them. We spend way too much money eating out and frankly it's all crap. So in order to eat healthier and save some money, I've come up with my very first weekly menu plan. Although some of this may not sound very healthy, it's better that picking up any sort of fast food. Wish me luck! This is going to be a shock to Jacob for sure....he loves him some fast food! :)

More details to come on our Biggest Loser challenge we are doing at work. Today was the first day so more to come next Monday on how it is going!!
